    Smoaky, cant wait to hear Wade Phillips; how he is going to motivate the player in december and the playoffs.
    Got a question for you, dealing with Wade Phillips and Roy Williams. Would it be better since Wade is a christian, and get a few former cowboys that are Christians like Roger Staubach, Drew Pearson, to talk to him about playing football, being motivated, but supported by same time, that these players show Roy that you give your all in offseason conditioning, getting in shape.
    As a christian Roy is now like a baby in growing spiritually, and maybe he is having some battles about playing hard, etc, and he is worrying about hurting players like he has when he would tackle them from the back and jump on back of their legs. Roger, Drew, can show him, you always give your all, even for the LORD< because your representing him on the field.
    Just like i cant think of the little running back that used to play for the Philadelphia Eagles, but when he scored a touchdown, he would kneel like praying giving God the glory for the touchdown. So, maybe with Wade, Roger, Drew, and Campo they can bring the best back out of Roy, getting him to study film more, work on his flight of the ball, his offseasoning conditioning, etc.
    Finally, for Wade Phillips what one player has he seen this year, on offense, then defense, that has improved this year, maybe make a big jump to becoming a big time player or contribute to the Cowboys winning this year.

    Smoaky, got a question for you, first I know teams like the Cowboys have someone tha scouts the teams that they are going to play, for example, say Cleveland this year, whomeever is in charge of pro scouting, i think its jason garretts younger brother judd i think, he would go look at games of Cleavand, tapes and bring that info back to the Cowboys showing clevelands strenghts and weaknesses.
    Does that same person look at the Cowboys games tapes and see what he sees as the Cowboys weaknesses and strengths, showing the Cowboys how that opposing team might attack the Cowboys to beat them.
    In that does that same person doing the evaluating of opposing teams, and maybe the Cowboys, does he look at the Cowboys, say for instance the Cowboys in say December last year and the playoff game and give an overview of why the Cowboys got beat, what they need to change, even the coaches? So, that Jerry Jones can see a breakdown on what the philosophy was say in December and the playoffs, and maybe a few things, ideals, and strategies need to be changed.
    Example, maybe then they can see how they did the bye week, and maybe need to make changes etc? Wouldnt this also help Wade Phillips to show him what really happened on their thinking, etc without getting Wade phillips on the defensive side? joe

    Every team has someone who “self-scouts” themselves, not sure how often they do this…but they do.
