Dewayne Garner, Day 2…
Thursday started with a little fiasco, as we were asked to move from our hotel room to another room because of the Cowboys arrival.
After breakfast, one of the Cowboys duffel-bags was in our room, and that was an interesting surprise.
Apparently, the front office put us in a room where it will be heavily-restricted with players and team personnel.
Had I known Jason Witten or some of the other players would be our room, we would’ve offered to sleep in the bathroom.
Seriously, it’s been a nice start and last night’s drive down Highway 1 to Neptune’s Net was fantastic.
This has been great, and the best part is yet to come.

It sounds like you all are having a great time. I can’t wait to hear all of your stories. I’ve been listening to the radio every evening. We’ll be on opposite sides of the U.S. tonight, so I’ll have to call someone to see what went on today. Have fun!!!

You should’ve told Jerry you’re an old(er) Cowboy just looking for a place to stay and I’m sure he would have obliged! Ha Ha. Can’t wait to hear all the exciting stories and see some pics. I’ve listened to Smoak everyday and really enjoy his show. I’m very impressed with his wide array of sports coverage and guests on the show. He has a first class radio/T.V. talk show.
