    Former president Bill Clinton

Former president Bill Clinton spoke at a rally on the campus of Tyler Junior College on Friday, Feb. 15 on behalf of his wife’s increasingly troubled campaign.

Speaking for over 50 minutes without notes, the former president wandered the stage in the area of the podium using a hand mic to talk about universal health care, the war in Iraq, America’s standing in the world, the failings of the Bush administration, the successes of his administration and the prospect of a government project to develop 100 mile-per-gallon cars using revenues from an increase on the taxes levied against oil companies.

Bill, Tell us about Obama’s Global Poverty ACT he;s sponsoring. Is it really committing us to what amounts to over 800 billion dollars of foreign add we turn over to the UN to handle. Is it a global tax.

i think that it was wrong for clinton to talk about the the failings of the Bush administration
it wasn’t his place to talk about the thing that bush has done. While Clinton was in office he had failed as a president when he had that affair with the intern and had to be impeached i thik it is wrong to talk about some one if you can’t back it up with evidence.
