    Clinton closing fast in Texas.

    Hillary Clinton - Barack Obama

    With 20% of precincts now reporting, Clinton and Obama are effectively tied. Obama’s early lead in Texas, once over 45,000 votes, has shrunk to 7,459 votes out of just under 1.4 million ballots cast.
