What were you doing when you were 17?

Many of us would rather not say what we were doing at age 17. But Phillip Hayes, a senior at Lindale High School, will always be able to say that he spent part of his 17th year addressing the delegates of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul.
We caught up with Phillip on Radio Row. Here’s what he shared with us.
