Lawsuit against Obama dismissed.

The lawsuit filed by Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg against Barack Obama claiming that Obama is not legally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States has been dismissed.
The judge dismissed the case without ruling on Obama’s eligibility. The dismissal was based on the court’s ruling that Berg lacked standing to bring the suit.
