TYLER -- The East Texas Food Bank is putting out the word on its summer food program, which serves free meals to kids at sites around the region beginning June 8. On KTBB "Staff Meeting," the Food Bank's Karolyn Davis says the sites will also have kids' activities and nutrition educators who will rotate around the area. With the economy still struggling, Davis says the need to help the hungry and those at risk of hunger remains stronger than usual. Davis and Food Bank director Dennis Cullinane say volunteers and donations are always needed. You can go to http://www.easttexasfoodbank.org
