Injunction Granted against High Noon Gun Range

NOONDAY � An injunction has been granted against High Noon Gun Range in Noonday. The injunction prevents High Noon from operating until an August 6 trial determines the winner in a case that pits the gun range owners against nearby homeowners. The homeowners claim the gun range is a safety concern. Judge Jack Skeen signed the injunction on Monday. Owner Don Layton told KETK he has no comment on the injunction at this time. But gun range co-owner Karl Artmire earlier questioned the validity of residents� concerns.
