Tyler Intersection Reopens Following Repairs

TYLER — The intersection of Fourth and Donnybrook in Tyler began functioning normally Monday afternoon after police earlier reported a traffic hazard there. The signal department worked for much of the day on the traffic lights after they became inoperable due to a motor vehicle accident. Some of the traffic lanes in the vicinity had to be shut down while the repairs were made.
