AUSTIN (AP) – Prosecutors won’t file charges against two Texas football players investigated after a woman said she was sexually assaulted at a San Antonio hotel before last month’s Alamo Bowl. Police say the investigation of quarterback Case McCoy and linebacker Jordan Hicks is closed.
