Gilmer Man’s Conviction Upheld

The 6th Court of Appeals in Texarkana has upheld the conviction of Kevin Leray Henderson, 45. He had been sentenced to 80 years in prison. A jury had convicted Henderson in the case. He decided to let the judge set his punishment. The judge sentenced him as an habitual offender. He could have gotten up to life in prison.
