White Oak Man Busted on Child Porn Charges

LONGVIEW — A White Oak man is free on $25,000 bond after being charged with child pornography charges. The Longview New-Journal reports Tommy D. Simmons, 47, was indicted by the Gregg County grand jury on May 30th. He is accused of using a file-sharing network to distribute pornographic images of a child younger than 18 years old engaging in “deviant sexual intercourse.” He was arrested on the complaint on Monday.
