Balloon Race Back on Track

LONGVIEW � The balloonists participating in the U.S. National Hot Air Balloon Championship finally get a chance to take flight. KETK reports Tuesday and Wednesday�s races were canceled due to poor weather conditions, but Thursday�s weather was deemed safe for flying. Pilots launched near the old Foster school, with the option of four target sites: Maude Cobb, two at Lear Park, and the fourth at Pine Tree Intermediate School.
