Tylerite Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize

AUSTIN � Tyler has a brand new millionaire. Texas Lottery authorities say Carlos Gean of Tyler claimed a $1 million Powerball prize at his local Texas Lottery claim center. He purchased a Quick Pick ticket at the Lynch Food Store (3400 E. 5th St., Tyler) for the Powerball drawing held Aug. 24. That ticket matched all of the numbers drawn (12-17-25-45-59) except for the Powerball (19), making it worth $1 million before taxes.
