Five Arraigned in Rusk County on Drug, Theft, Weapon Charges

11ruskcoHENDERSON — According to the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office, five people have been arraigned for the possession of drugs and weapons, as well as theft. KETK reports three men and two women stood before a judge Thursday. They’re accused of possession of controlled substances such as 40 grams of methamphetamine and 3.5 ounces of marijuana, illegal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stealing an ATV. Officials also confiscated $1,343. Officials say the drugs have a street value of around $5,000. The case has been under investigation for two years, according to law enforcement. Children ages, 12, 13, and 17 were taken by Child Protective Services and placed with relatives.

The arrested parties are as follows:

Terry Tidwell, 32, of Laneville – Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance
Jessica Page, 36, of Laneville – Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance
Wallace Judalet, 24, of Henderson – Charged with possession of controlled substance and possession of marijuana
Dezarae Pyers, 31, of Henderson – Charged with possession of controlled substance
Ysidro Yanez, 55, of Overton – Charged with manufacturing and delivery of controlled substance and possession of marijuana

The suspects were arrested at a home Wednesday night around 9:00 in the 400 block of Alma Street in Overton and 6895 Farm to Market Road 1798 in Laneville. The warrants are a result of a joint investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Henderson Police Department, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office, the Overton Police Department, and the Rusk County District Attorney’s Office. Officials say that charges of child endangerment and weapons offenses could be added and that more arrests are likely.
