thumb_police-longview2LONGVIEW — A Longview business is asking for help after $50,000 worth of tools went missing. According to KETK, police say they were taken from Longview Wheel and Performance on Marshall Avenue. Owner Mike Kittner says surveillance footage shows at least two men, one wearing a camo jacket. He says they pulled up to the back of the shop, drilled a hole in the wall, and went inside.

Kittner believes the burglars knew the layout of the shop and the location of surveillance cameras. He’s offering a reward to anyone who can help lead to an arrest. Kittner says, “We’re offering a $5,000 reward to lead us to the truck and to the owners of the vehicle… It was a white Chevrolet long bed flatbed — 2003-2004 approximately.” Kittner says he’s updated his security systems since the burglary. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
