House Damaged by Friday Night Fire

SMITH COUNTY — A home in Troup is damaged by fire Friday evening. Flames broke out around 5 p.m. in the 21000 block Ponsard Street. Firefighters tell KETK, the outside of the house is in fair condition but flames quickly spread through the inside. Firefighters are investigating the cause.
