One Killed in Lufkin Wreck

LUFKIN– Lufkin police continue their investigation into a pair of accidents over the weekend that left a man dead. Killed was Donald Campbell, 68, of Lufkin. He was involved in a two vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Chestnut Street shortly after 6:00 Saturday night. Authorities tell KETK, as Campbell was checking on the driver of the other car, a third vehicle struck and killed him. The name of the woman, who was driving the third vehicle, has not been released.
