Moments later, a man ran from the broken door window to a nearby field. The suspicious truck was found to be stolen out of Longview and Wobbington and Stell were charged with the theft. Wobbington was also charged for evading arrest or detention. Wobbington’s bond was set at $85,000 for numerous charges and Stell’s was set at $50,000.
