One Dies in Smith County Crash

SMITH CONTY — A two vehicle accident in Smith County has left one person dead. The wreck occurred Friday afternoon on County Road 21 at the intersection of County Road 26, in the Jamestown area east of Tyler. Dead at the scene was Archie Lee Moore, 59, of Kennard. The Department of Public Safety reports the accident happened when a tractor trailer truck and a loaded logging truck that Moore was driving, collided.
