On December 20 at 10:39 p.m., officers were dispatched to an aggravated robbery that had just occurred in the 400 Block of West Loop 281. When officers arrived the victim told police a white male approximately 5’9″ to 6’0″ tall with an unshaven face approached her while she was at the register. She said the man had several white patches in his beard on the right side of his face.

The man brandished a weapon and demanded the register drawer containing the businesses money. The clerk gave him the money and he left the restaurant with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect, wearing a black t-shirt, dark colored jeans, and an orange baseball cap, is believed to have fled the scene in a dark silver or champagne colored four-door passenger car. After reviewing the surveillance video police determined the man had been in the restaurant a few minutes prior to the robbery, approached the counter, took a menu, and left.
