Man on Probation for Bigamy Accused of Assault by Strangulation

KETK reports Joseph Lederle Seastrunk, 42, was arrested Wednesday, after outstanding warrants revealed he was being accused of injury to a child, elderly person, or disabled person and assault by strangulation. Seastrunk was arrested in January 2011 on the bigamy charges. He was given five years’ probation as his sentence in the bigamy case but now faces jail time if his probation is revoked. He was released Thursday night on $10,000 bond.
