Marshall’s City Manager Resigns
Posted/updated on: January 18, 2014 at 4:58 pmMARSHALL — The Marshall City Commission has accepted the resignation of City Manager Frank Johnson. The action came during a called meeting on Thursday. The reason for Johnson’s resignation was not announced. Appointed as acting city manager, until a replacement is found, was Marshall Fire Chief Kenneth “Buzz” Snyder. Johnson was named Marshall’s city manager in 2001. Before that he was the city’s Director of Planning and Community Development for 15 years and was Assistant City Manager for three years.
