Winter Weather Closings, Delays, Changes

EAST TEXAS — As very cold weather and the possibility of winter precipitation hit parts of East Texas, school districts are taking precautions by either delaying school or cancelling activities altogether. Please send all delay or closing info to closings@ktbb.com.
According to KETK, below are some of the schools and other facilities with confirmed delays or closings:
Alto ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Apple Springs ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Cayuga ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Center ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Central ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
Chireno ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Crockett ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
Elkhart ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Frankston ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Grapeland ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
Groveton ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
Hemphill ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Kennard ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
Latexo ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Mount Enterprise ISD to open at 10:00am Friday
Nacogdoches ISD cancels classes Friday.
Zavalla ISD to open at 10:00am Friday.
