Ralph HallROCKWALL The dean of the Texas congressional delegation finds himself in the fight of his political life. 90-year-old Rockwall Congressman Ralph Hall (pictured) led the primary field, but failed to get the required 50%. That pits him against former U.S. Attorney John Ratcliffe in the May runoff. University of North Texas political scientist Kimi KIng says while age may have been a factor, Ratcliffe never made it an issue. King says, Ratcliffe really played that one quite well.
