LeTourneau Students Going for World Record
Posted/updated on: April 5, 2014 at 1:39 pmLONGVIEW — Students at LeTourneau University seek to set a Guinness World Record for the greatest number of 3D printers operating simultaneously. The attempt got underway Friday afternoon at 3:00 in the Solheim Arena of the Solheim Recreation Center on the LETU campus, 2100 South Mobberly Avenue. The student engineering team is seeking to set the world record with at least 50 3D printers printing the same commemorative coin simultaneously during the public 3D printing demonstration event.
