Second Person Arrested in Connection with Longview Triple Homicide
Posted/updated on: April 18, 2014 at 12:28 pmLONGVIEW Longview police have arrested another person in connection with the deadly April 6 shooting on Beaumont Street. KETK reports Jakerion Allison, 17, of Longview, was taken into custody by officers on an arrest warrant issued by the 124th District Court of Gregg County. He is charged with three counts of aggravated assault. The shooting left three people dead: Joey Hollister, 15; Anthony Anderson, 35; and Tavarus Christopher Glaspie, 35. A second person has also been arrested, JaCorey DeWayne Williams, 22, of Carthage, for tampering with evidence. Police said he threw a gun recovered on Lilly Street from a getaway vehicle. Allisons bail totals $300,000.
