Man Receives 10 Years in Prison on Child Porn Charges

TYLER — A Tyler man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday on 15 child pornography charges. KETK reports Ercee Wynn, 21, pleaded guilty to 15 counts of child porn possession and waived the right to a trial by jury. Wynn will not be made to pay a fine on the third-degree felony. He also waived his right to an appeal.
