Smith County Identifies Suspect Wanted for Theft

TYLER � The Smith County Sheriff�s Office identifies one of several suspects in connection with the theft and use of a credit card in the Flint/Gresham area. Officials first asked for the public�s help in locating the men on April 8. KETK reports a warrant has now been issued for Troy Tullis Swinney, 41, who also goes by the name �Tully.� He�s wanted for credit/debit card abuse.
