Man Draws Life Sentences for Gregg County Robberies

LONGVIEW � A man sentenced to three life prison sentences for aggravated robbery in Upshur County, now has four more on his ledger. Robby Brian Stevens, 43, of Leander, appeared in state district court in Longview Monday morning. He pled guilty to four counts of aggravated robbery in Gregg County. He was sentenced to four more life sentences. They will be served concurrently with the life sentences from Upshur County. Stevens was captured in Tyler on January 2nd following a manhunt of several hours.
