thumb_police-8TYLER — A man on a motorcycle led Arp police, Smith County deputies, and state troopers on a high speed chase over the weekend, but they weren’t able to catch him. KETK reports it started in Arp Saturday, after police saw the biker going more than 100 miles per hour. They, along with deputies and troopers gave chase through Chapel Hill and into Tyler. That’s when they say the biker turned into a neighborhood near Highway 64, forcing them to give up the chase for safety reasons.
