Local BBB Wins Award at International Assembly

TYLER � Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Central East Texas is the recipient of this year�s Outstanding BBB Award in Communications from the Council of Better Business Bureaus at the 44th International Assembly of BBBs, held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The award recognizes outstanding overall communications by a local BBB in print and broadcast media, programs before groups, BBB originated material and material from other sources, cooperation with private and public consumer protection groups, and maintenance and expansion of membership support. According to a news release from the local BBB, all 112 BBBs throughout North America were invited to submit award entries based on outstanding BBB work.
