Woman Charged with DWI with Baby in Vehicle

NACOGDOCHES � A Lufkin woman has been booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on charges of DWI with child. Reports of a reckless driver brought state troopers to State Highway 19 and State Highway 21. That is where they found Victoria Lynn Lindsey, 20, stopped in the road. KEK reports the woman had a two week old boy in her car. She was taken into custody after being asked to perform a field sobriety test. She was later booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail.
