Burglars’ Identities Sought by Gregg County Officials

zippyjsburlgary101014LONGVIEW — The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the assistance of the public in identifying four men who broke into a convenience store last week. KETK reports that around 3:30 a.m. Friday, October 10, four men entered the Zippy J’s convenience store at 5960 Highway 31 West by breaking out the front door glass. The men unsuccessfully attempted to open and remove the safe in the store and ended up leaving with only a few cartons of cigarettes. The store’s video surveillance system captured the entry.
