John Soules Foods Acquires Pro View Foods

TYLER – Smith County-based John Soules Foods announced Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of Pro View Foods, a processor of ready-to cook and fully-cooked chicken products based in Gainesville, Ga. According to a news release, Pro View Foods will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of John Soules Foods and will continue to operate out of Gainesville, Ga., under the Pro View Foods name. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
