Child Injured in Marshall Shooting

MARSHALL � A child has been injured Thursday afternoon in a drive-by shooting in Marshall. Marshall police said the shooting happened about 4:00 in the 800 block of West Emory Street. Officials said they weren�t sure if he was hit by a round or if it was a ricochet. They said several shots were fired. The child was taken Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall. The injuries were said to be non-life threatening. No arrests have been made.
