Land Dispute Leads to 1 Injury, 1 Arrest

Bryce Gisselback, 53, was arrested after allegedly ramming a man with his truck and then dragging him. He has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and bond was set at $75,000. KETK reports the dispute began when Gisselbeck saw Randall and Ronnie Garrison were removing the fence allegedly built on the front of their property by the suspect. Gisselbeck is said to have rammed Ronnie Garrison’s vehicle numerous times. He is then said to have pinned him between the two automobiles. He is then said to have dragged Ronnie Garrison with his vehicle. He was taken to a hospital by private vehicle.
