Rebecca Tyner claimed the second of five top prizes available in the Texas Lottery scratch-off game 100X The Cash. For selling the winning ticket, the Kim’s #4 at 411 E. Palestine Ave. in Palestine is eligible for a retailer bonus of $10,000. With more than $148 million in total prizes, 100X The Cash features overall odds of winning of one in 3.30, including break-even prizes, according to a news release. In addition to three top prizes worth $2.5 million, eight second-tier prizes worth $100,000 remain unclaimed in the game. Lottery officials say the claimant requested minimal publicity.
