Tyler Man Killed in Motorcycle Wreck

TYLER – A motorcycle/truck accident in Tyler has left one person dead. The wreck occurred in the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 271 around 2:30 Sunday afternoon. Tyler Police said Bobby Greenwood, 35, of Tyler, was traveling southbound, driving on the improved shoulder on his motorcycle, at a high rate of speed when he hit a pickup which was making a legal right turn into a business. Greenwood died at the scene. The driver of the pickup received minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital.
