Work on the projects, which total $43.5 million, will start this summer. One of the projects is to repair and resurface a portion of Loop 323 in Tyler. The $3.3million job was awarded to local contractor, Reynolds & Kay, LTD. It stretches 3.5 miles from American Legion Road south to Commerce Street. The anticipated start date for this project is in June.
