Longview Shooting Death Victim Identified

LONGVIEW — The Longview Police Department has identified a woman who was killed in a shooting Wednesday night. According to KETK, Officer Kristie Brian says the 15th Street shooting was called in to dispatch at 7:21 p.m., and when officers arrived, 30-year-old Kareshia Rena Jones was deceased. According to The Longview News Journal, neighbors heard loud voices coming from the house, followed by multiple shots fired. This is the eighth shooting death in Longview this year.
