Erin Fannin, 33, of Hawkins, was arrested following a Tuesday accident that killed Curtis Foulke, 48, of White Oak. KETK reports that on Tuesday, the White Oak Police Department, White Oak Fire Department, and EMS were dispatched to the wreck on East Highway 80. The initial investigation shows a pickup driven by Fannin was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of traffic when it collided with a car being driven by Foulke. Foulke was pronounced dead at the scene. Fannin was taken to the White Oak City Jail for booking on an intoxication manslaughter charge. She was then taken to a local hospital where her blood was drawn in order to test her BAC.
