According to KETK, the press conference with Alex Zalkin and Ryan Cohen of The Zalkin Law Firm based in San Diego, California, on behalf of the plaintiff, Jasmin Hernandez, will take place this Thursday in Waco. Elliott, an East Texas native and graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined $10,000 for each of his two sexual assault convictions. The assaults occurred in 2012.
