ChristopherArnoldMug2_1465936306114_8997136_ver1.0TYLER — Tyler police have arrested Christopher Lamar Arnold, born in 1984, who was wanted for the May 7 aggravated robbery of the Valero Station at Troup and Thistle. Police are still seeking the female suspect identified as Candice Renae McGee, born in 1988. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833). Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrests and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.

A total of four suspects have been named in the robbery. Investigators say they found evidence that the store clerk, her boyfriend, and two friends were in on the heist, which was allegedly planned by all four. On May 10, officers arrested Lovie Sharlene Davis, the store clerk, and James Michael Rierson, who is accused of driving the getaway car. Arnold is believed to be the person who entered the store and hit a customer with his gun. They believe McGee entered the store as a lookout. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.
