Three Arrested, One at Large in Rusk County Home Invasion

HENDERSON — The Rusk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home invasion in which three people were arrested and one is still on the loose. According to KETK, officials responded June 21 to a report of a gunshot victim on State Highway 43 East. Deputies say a group of four armed men forced their way into a victim’s house and held three men at gunpoint while assaulting and robbing them. A struggle ensued, and as the victims ran from the suspects, one of the victims was shot in the leg.

Leads resulted in the arrest of Myles Roberson, 19, of Henderson, Demarcus Acles, 19, of Longview, and Dontravius Lister, 20, of Longview. Roberson and Acles have been booked into the Rusk County Jail on aggravated robbery charges. Their bonds were set at $125,000. Lister is currently booked into the Gregg County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Rusk County. Law Enforcement is trying to learn the identity of the fourth person involved in this case.
