Final Home Invasion Suspect Arrested

Donquavious MarshallHENDERSON — Gregg County officials have arrested the fourth suspect in a June home invasion in Rusk County. According to KETK, Donquavious Marshall, 19, has been booked into the Gregg County jail and will be extradited back to Rusk County by the end of this week. On June 21, officials responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 6000 block of State Highway 43 East. Deputies say a group of four armed men forced their way into a victim’s house and held three men at gunpoint while assaulting and robbing them. A struggle ensued and as the victims ran from the suspects, one of the victims was shot in the leg.

Leads resulted in the arrest of Myles Roberson, 19, of Henderson, Demarcus Acles, 19, of Longview and Dontravius Lister, 20, of Longview. Roberson and Acles have been booked into the Rusk County Jail on aggravated robbery charges. Their bonds were set at $125,000. Lister is currently booked into the Gregg County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Rusk County.
