Man Suspected of Sexual Abuse Going Back 45 Years

HENDERSON — Law enforcement officials have taken into custody a man they say may be responsible for sexual abuse going back as far as 45 years. Dock Lee Minter, 68, of Garrison, turned himself in to deputies at the Rusk County Jail, according to the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office. KETK reports he was arrested on two warrants for continuous sexual abuse of children.
