It marked the start of construction of the future home of the school’s College of Business and Technology. It’s a four-story 140,000 square-foot building. The school’s new $56 million structure is part of a larger project that will include an adjacent parking garage, adding roughly 400 parking spaces. The new building will feature student meeting places, classrooms and specialized experimental labs, as well as faculty offices, a courtyard, specialized landscaping and a second floor terrace. It’s expected to be completed in June 2018.
