Indictments In a Major Drug Investigation

LONGVIEW – Ten persons have been indicted in Gregg County on a variety of drug charges. The indictments follow a year long investigation by Longview Police and the FBI. With the exception of one, all of the suspects are from Gregg County. At a news conference Friday, it was announced the investigation led to the seizure of over $1 million worth of drugs. They also recovered 14 guns and $50,000 in cash.

The following were indicted in the drug case:
Saihaine Nigel Freeman, 22, of Kilgore – AKA “Calione”
Quintus Dewayne Shaw, 30, of Longview – ALA “nine”
Jonathan Lavel Wilson, 38, of Mount Pleasant – AKA “Joe-Nate”
Quentin Leonta Brown, 41, of Longview – AKA “pooh”
Trevorris Woodard, 29, of Longview – AKA “B-1”
Charles McNeary, 20, of Longview – AKA “C-4”
Jimmy Mays, 24, of Longview – AKA “Poochie”
D’Bronson Brown, 26, of Longview
Desmond Brown, 30, of Longview – AKA “Money C”
Eric Portley, 28, of Longview – AKA “E-Ray”
