Two Additions to Smith County’s Most Wanted List

SMITH COUNTY — Kari McKinley Noell, 29, has been added to Smith County’s Most Wanted List for credit/debit card abuse of an elderly person. The charge stems from Noell reportedly taking her grandmother’s debit card and using it without her consent. Noell’s last known address is 12951 CR 499 in Lindale.
William Charles Collins, Jr., 53, of Lindale, is wanted for assault against an elderly or disabled person. Collins is accused of assaulting a elderly family member. His last known address is 15714 FM 16W in Lindale. Officials said he has avoided capture for more than a year.
